Sight Words

Here is a list of some of the sight words that have been introduced to your child. The ones with the star in front of them are the ones that I introduced. Following the list you will find a variety of activities you can do with these words.

We are just getting started this year with learning basic letters and sounds. I will let you know when sightwords are being introduced.

You can help your child work at home on these words by writing them, recognizing them in books, have your child spell them, use them in a sentence, etc. Any help you provide at home, will help your child in the classroom.
